1. Order Processing

All orders placed through [www.umaryofficial.com] are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

While Bluesky Trade LLC manages the sales and order intake through this website, all shipping and fulfillment operations are carried out by our logistics partner, Mexican NP LLC (“Fulfillment Partner”), based in Mexico.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay, you will be notified via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time (within the United States):

• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days after processing.

• Express Shipping (if available): 2–4 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

All orders are prepared, packaged, and handed over to the shipping carrier by Mexican NP LLC.

4. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
Bluesky Trade LLC and Mexican NP LLC are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to have it resent.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier by Mexican NP LLC, title and risk of loss pass to the customer. Neither Bluesky Trade LLC nor Mexican NPs LLC is responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at umaryofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. Verified claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Fulfillment Partner Disclaimer

Bluesky Trade LLC operates this website and manages product sales.
Mexican NP LLC is solely responsible for packaging, labeling, and shipping all orders. By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment and shipping are handled by a third party and that Bluesky Trade LLC is not the shipping entity.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All prices on our Site are in U.S. dollars. Bluesky Trade LLC is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or regulatory fees that may apply based on your local jurisdiction.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by:

• Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

• Customs inspections or holds

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Natural disasters, weather events, or pandemics

• Fulfillment or logistical issues on the part of third-party carriers or Mexican NP LLC
